RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Can I return or exchange the products bought from Mesdelunes?

Of course, because we want you to be happy with your purchase in Mesdelunes, so you can either return them or exchange them for any other item. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after you receive your order. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.
When can I return or exchange items to Mesdelunes?

We accept returns and exchanges of products when, for instance, you don’t like the product you ordered or you have chosen the wrong size, and you wish to return it. If you are in Spain, returns are for FREE. If you aren’t, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If, however, Mesdelunes has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is faulty), Mesdelunes would assume the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible at returns@mesdelunes.com

 

What are the conditions regarding returning or exchanging goods at Mesdelunes?

We will not exchange any items that are not in the same condition as received (i.e. with the labels attached and in the original packaging), or any items that have been used or washed. Mesdelunes reserves the right to carefully check the products before agreeing to an exchange or return. We will only refund / replace products which are in the original condition as when shipped.

Mesdelunes also can change your products for other size or item, as long as there is availability. Write an email to returns@mesdelunes.com telling your order number and the items you want to eschange, and we will manage the exchange.

 

What do I have to do if I want to return or exchange any item purchased from Mesdelunes?

If you wish to return one or more products, please send us an email to returns@mesdelunes.com telling us what articles you want to return and a brief explanation why you wish to return them. We will normally inform you within 3 working days if we accept the return request and the instructions to follow.

 

HOW TO RETURN – FROM SPAIN

If you are in Spain, when returning the goods to us you can use our return service. In this case, the return cost will be FREE. Send us an email to returns@mesdelunes.com, and we will contact you within 48 hours with the instructions to follow. We will send you a return form to be attached to the parcel and arrange for a courier to collect it.
HOW TO RETURN – INTERNATIONAL 

We currently don’t have a courier service to return goods from countries outside Spain. If you want to return any goods, please, pack them carefully and attach the return form to the parcel. Then send the parcel back to the following address:

You may use any delivery service you wish, but please retain a proof of postage receipt until you’ve been credited for your return. Mesdelunes is not responsible for items lost in transit.

When Mesdelunes has received and checked the returned products you will receive a confirmation email within a maximum of 30 days that we have refunded the money.

 

What happens if Mesdelunes has made a mistake regarding my order?

If Mesdelunes has made a mistake regarding your order (e.g. wrong size/reference, or the item is defective), please contact us as soon as possible at return@mesdelunes.com
We will normally get in touch within 3 working days and Mesdelunes will assume the shipping costs for the return.

 

What shall I do once Mesdelunes has accepted my return/exchange request?

After your request for an exchange or return has been accepted, you will have 7 working days to hand over the products which are to be exchanged or returned to the carrier. If the products have not been handed over to the carrier within that period, Mesdelunes reserves the right to proceed to cancel the exchange or return. Once we have received the product(s), we will proceed with the reimbursement or exchange.

 

Can I get a refund?

Yes, of course you can. The amount will be refunded via the same payment method used when making the purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the money to be refunded to your account depends on your bank.
